Adding a flat sign to a chord!
I need to add a flat sign to the code I'm entering, I press F2 and clicked on the symbol I need, your software will not allow me to have the symbol shown on the manuscript why?

If you mean adding it to a chord like Am7b, then use the small b and it will automatically be changed. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/chord-symbols#enter-chord-symbol for details about entering chords.
P.S. if you do manage to get the flat symbol inserted it will not be transposed if necessary like when copying the chords to a Sax solo in a jazz piece.
