Import Midi file to Jazz Lead Sheet format
Hi: I've been able to import midi files from Capo into Muse where it becomes a standard notation file. But I want to import Capo midi file into the Jazz Lead Sheet format. How do I do that? Can I convert a standard notation format to a Jazz Lead Sheet format?

I added the slashes but it still does not convert the notes to Jazz Chord symbols. You can Explode a chord symbol to its notes, but 'Implode' does not turn notes into chords. Unless there is a way to do that.

There is no way (in MuseScore) at all to turn chords (multiple simultaneuos notes) into chord symbols or vice versa. (There's a plugin though, that analyzes notes and guesses chord symbols from that)
You can turn the font style of chord symbols into a Jazz Style though

It works! That's as close to a Jazz Lead Sheet as I'm going to get with this. It should be a one-click function. Or there should be a 'how to' section that explains how to do all the steps in the process, including how to install the plugin, which is tricky. I put the plugin in the plugin folder. Muse says not to do that for Mac OS, but it works so far.

How to install a plugin is in the handbook, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/plugins#installation, and on Mac you should put them into
~/Documents/MuseScore2/Plugins
Documenting the plugins themself is something the authors would need to do
