Sharing scores from musescore

I have numerous scores in my library which I share with my friends. But for some reason I seem to be having problems sharing my scores. I am a Pro member. When I try to share my score, the link that is generated, is not allowing a connection to view/listen to the score. I am sharing on whats app. Normally I dont have any problems, the link appears in blue and you can tap on it and it opens out into the score. But today I find that the link doesnt have a blue line and does not connect to the page. Can someone let me know what might be my problem? Thanks
