Is there any way to create chord labels that use the "fraction" format?

I'd like to create chord symbols with the numerator / denominator look but after glancing through the guidebook and fiddling with the settings, I haven't found a way to make this work. I've included a screenshot of music that has chord symbols in this style.

My primary goal is to reduce horizontal space for chords like Gb6/Db.
