The File That Unsaved and Lost

Hi everyone. After the many hours that i spend for my new song i forget the save. Today when i open the musecore there was a information table asking me would you want to restore? and i clicked to no. My holl work is gone and i dont know how can i get them back please help me how am i do it. :(:(
