Migrating Android app data to new phone (SongBook and MuseScore apps)

I had to get a new Android phone because I cracked the glass on my old phone.

I installed the MuseScore and the SongBook apps onto the new phone, but I cannot figure out how to move my music score libraries from the old phone to the new phone.

Kindly provide instructions.
