Adding title to a new page?

How does one add a title and subtitle to a new page of a score following a page break? The first page of the score has the title, but I need to add it again on the new page with a modified subtitle.

Add a vertical frame to the existing frame, see: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/frames
Add the title, subtitle and so on via right click on this new frame
Add a page break to this frame, see: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/breaks-and-spacers
