Merging 2 sections
I have two separate 8 bar pieces and I want to create a 16 bar piece with them. I still am unable to locate the best tool from the menu. HELP

You attached backup files, not the actual scores.
Anyway, use the Album feature to join those scores into one.
Easiest method would be to simple load both score, append eight empty measures to the firs,t then copy & paste the music from the second into the first.
