can not install latest release
Just downloaded version 2.3.1. Installation fails, a message indicates that the program must be installed on a local directory. The target directory is the PC's OS directory and internal hard drive.
I tried relocating the installation file and starting it manually from Explorer. Still get the same error and the installation fails.

I could not install scoop on my windows 10 machine. (Actually, couldn't install powershell 3. It was for windows 7.)
I've never had any issues installing musescore before. has it changed?
