I can't get sound to come out of Virtual Player Orchestra

So I've downloaded the Sfz files and the wave files and have them both in the soundfont directory folder and loaded it into the synth, clicked save to score and set it as default. and no sound is coming out. and yes I even changed the instruments in the mixer. Can you guys help me out?

I don't think I can help you but maybe you could attach a screen of the Synth and someone else can give you some suggestions.
