Indeed, you haven't given us any information to go on, but my guess is, you are actually mean, you don't know how to scroll. The answer: use the mouse wheel or equivalent gesture (eg, two-finger swipe on most touchpads, possibly with Shift; or sometimes swipe along edge of touchpad)
