Pro Musescore Refund

I used the musescore free service briefly for a period earlier in the year searching for brass quartet arrangements to play at an informal gig I had. I was using the free trial but after it had expired I was charged the full amount even though I am sure I cancelled before this. As much as I respect the service I do not need pro and am only 16 so need the money for piano lessons. Is there a way that it can be refunded? I've cancelled for sure now and haven't used the service at all.

I ran into a similar issue: I tried to cancel my free trial, but it would not cancel for some reason. I just got charged $50 for the subscription despite trying to cancel it. How can I get a refund?

I have just been charged for a years subscription, although I was sure I had cancelled the trial - I really can’t afford this, and only used Musescore in the first day or so of signing up, so I would like a refund! How do I do this? I’m getting automated responses from any email addresses I’ve found, and can’t find a phone number to speak to anyone?!

So basically I started the free trial because I wanted to learn some new songs .But I totally forgot about the ending period and I got charged 49$.I am a student and I don’t have enough money to pay bills and buy me some food .And now with the subscribtion is even harder for me .I know its my fault but please let me have my refund.
