Note, however, that while beaming in groups of two was something that was once common, beaming in groups of four is the more modern standard, and is what is recommended today. So unless you have a special need to reproduce this detail of the edition you are working from, it's usually better to stick with the modern standards, which is what musicians today are going to be more accustomed to.
