add static to music
I've been looking for a static noise for a while and even in the electronic instruments there's nothing for static noise. anything in there that works?

This isn't a sound defined by the General MIDI standard, so it isn't part of most soundfonts, including the one MuseScore provides by default. However, you are welcome to search for, download, and install alternate soundfonts; maybe you will be able to find one that includes this (or learn to create your own). See the Handbook under "Soundfonts" for more info.
