I overwrote like 3 hours of work?

I downloaded Musescore and created a new score with name 'X'. I then realized that I had created a score without a bass clef so I created a new score with the same title. After realizing I needed to restart my computer I saved as and it asked me if I wanted to replace the other file and I thought nothing of it, deleting an empty score sure why not. I then restarted my computer and was ready to continue arranging, I opened the file... it was empty and had no bass clef. I'm ok with writing it again, I would just prefer to recover my lost work... Thanks for any help you can give!
