Adding a different instrument with the same notes?
I am trying to copy and paste the notes from a trumpet part into an alto saxophone part but I am not sure how to do it. Pretty much I want to transpose the trumpet part into the alto saxophone part while keeping the trumpet part.

I was also wondering if it is possible to print out each instrument as its own individual part / page.

When you copy from trumpet to sax, the transposition is automatic. You will not see it if the concert pitch button is pressed, but if you unpress it, the key signatures will change and the notes will change also.
