Is there a way to get more space between the title frame and the first staff? (I want to use the space for staff or system or tempo text, not for things in the title frame like title or composer.)

Go to the menu Style->General...->Page and increase the Music Top Margin.

Thanks for the reply, but it doesn't quite do what I need. Increasing the Music Top Margin puts more space above the first staff on all pages but the first. But the space between the title frame and the first staff on the first page remains unchanged. Does anyone have a different solution?

Click the frame->F8 (Inspector)->set the gap.

Thanks, but that still doesn't quite do what I want.
Increasing the frame gap puts more space between the title frame and the top of the page, but the space between the title frame and the text over the first staff ("The woodland cabin, Wistfully but with energy" tempo mark) remains the same. I want more space to arrange that text, space which is not within or overlaid by the title frame.
To put it another way, if the text in question was over the second staff on the page, I could get more space for it above that second staff by using the staff spacer function on that second staff. But that function doesn't seem to work for getting more space above the first staff.
Thanks for any further suggestions.

There is "Top gap" and "Bottom gap", use the right one...

Yes, thanks, bottom gap does it.
