Copyright issue?

i've upload my piano covers on youtube, but I found someone else re-uploading my work. After I've asked them to remove the video, they said "i think if you upload it on musecore.com its free to use..please dont upload on musecore if you dont want to use, you must remove your file on the musecore" . Are they correct? Do I have the right to ask them to remove the video if I didn't permit them to re-upload my work? thanks

All 4 scores of you I see on musesore.com say: "© None (All rights reserved)", so you are right, whoever copies them without your explicit permission violates copyright.
But you seem to have violated copyright already, as all these are compositions by someone else, which you just arranged, presumably without the original copyright holder's permission...

So no, you don't have the right to ask them to remove it, only the original copyright owner has.
