How to change it through the keyboard shortcuts
I would like to change a large group of notes like the screenshot. Does anyone know it? thanks

From your image, it looks like you wish to delete the C in the upper staff and add it to the lower staff:
1. Select (click on) the C in the upper staff, then press Ctrl X to cut the note from the upper staff.
2. Select (click on) the quarter rest in the lower staff, then press Ctrl V to paste the note into the lower staff.
(Doesn't look like 'a large group of notes' to me.)
If it is a piano score, select the note(s) and press CTRL+SHIFT+DOWN.
