Export to MusicXML. MusicXML has specifically been developed to facilitate sharing of scores between different music notation apps. Don't get your hopes up, however. It is up to the developers of each app to code support for MusicXML into their app, and thus the MuseScore export and Sibelius import might seriously mangle your score due to details or bugs in the implementation.
