Slurs and beaming with rests, current build.

Slur positioning should ignore invisible articulations, it doesn't. Even if it's not ignoring the articulations, the positioning is off - check out Flauto I, measures 118-123, the slur positioning is way off. I think it freaks out because it's a very short slur and there is an accidental in the way. A slur, especially a short one, can and often does intersect accidentals in professional scores. You can look at Violin I for a lot of this, too. It does some weird things with articulations too - the only articulation that slur should be above is staccato and tenuto. Nothing else that I know of - certainly not > accents.
Beaming over rests (eighth note, sixteenth rest, sixteenth note) is off when the stem are pointing down - defaults to too deep. Look at Violin I, first measure for this.
And finally, I just noticed that there are random clef/key signatures everywhere.
