Can't listen to score
For some reason I am unable to listen to the score I am making on MuseScore because the play button is grey and it doesn't give me the option to click it. Any way to fix this?

that still didn't work, my synthesiser wouldn't work so I factory reset MuseScore and it still isn't working.

More infos needed, which OS, what version of MuseScore, what soundfonts (if any) are listed in Symthesizer, any know incompatibilities, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/known-incompatibilities
