How To Adjust ONLY The Volume Of The Metronome?
I've searched the forum for an answer to this question, but so far I'm not winning. On playback, the metronome sounds too loud in the overall mix—is there a way to adjust only the metronome volume?
I can see in the synthesizer window how to adjust the synth's overall volume, but is there a way to just bring the metronome's volume down, without affecting the rest of the playback?

What version of MuseScore is that? 2.x should have a slider for metronome, directly left of the main slider ansd 1.x's synthesizer looks completly different.

Hi jojo - it's version 3.0. There's no separate slider for the metronome that I can see—just a main volume slider that adjusts the metronome and the instruments.

In the development version 3.0 you'll find the metronome volume inside the play panel.

and you're in the wrong part of the forum, 3.0 (Alpha 2 and later development builds) is discussed in Development and Techonlogy Preview
