MS 3: On paste into measure, page is improperly repositioned

I'm playing with what appears to be the Beta (?) of MS 3, the build of Nov 27. So far, so good.

One thing I've noticed is that when I copy and paste notes from one staff into another, instead of recentering the view on the paste destination as I'm used to, it repositions to the upper left corner of the page. If the destination is in the lower part of the page, it's not visible if I'm working at a zoom factor > 100%. Should I report this as a bug?
