Size follows staff space setting

Hmm, until recently it was with the rest of the text style settings in Format / Style / Text Styles. Now there is a hole where it belongs (below "offset") and a lonely "reset" button next to it.

Not sure what happened. But I do have a sense that maybe it is being phased out in favor of more automatic handling of this, because I think the setting was actually shared between text styles anyhow. I'd recommend filing an issue on this.
