How to i add a jete on a whole note?

This is in the master palette. Select a note, search the master palette (press z) for "jet" (adding the last e makes it disappear :\), double click the symbol to add it. Select the symbol and press ctrl+e to use arrows to move it.

Jeté - Also known as "ricochet" bowing, this consists of "throwing" the bow on the string in the upper third of the bow on a down bow, so that it bounces and produces a series of rapid notes. Usually from two to six notes are sounded this way, but up to ten or eleven can be played. This technique was especially important among nineteenth-century virtuosi, particularly Paganini.

If those are the only instruments and you want it on every system, then use the menu Style->General...->Page and increase the staff distance. If you want this on only a few systems, use a spacer (looks like an arrow) where needed from the Breaks and Spacers palette.
