Is there a way to export a single voice?
Is there a way I can take a song with multiple voices and export a mp3 or midi of just that voice without having to mute the others?

It should be easier in version 3, though there are currently some problems with this.
In the mean time, you can select all of the notes in the voice you do not want to hear (the filter selector F6 might help with this) and remove the check from "Play" in the inspector. When you export, these notes will not be heard.
