tempo not consistent even after closing the program and restarting it and even not consistent on the download

I think what I might've done was add ritardo or something to slow down the tempo at one point and may have copied that part to another part where I didn't want it to slow down...is there any way to set the tempo back to a consistent one for a score....I'll attach the score that I'm having problems with... thanks.

Nothing wrong with the tempo there, very steady all 4min2s throughout the piece.
Does the tempo waver if you export to wav/mp3 and listen to that?

Also, next time try to be a bit more specific about which measures we should focus on; no fun listening to something for 4minutes just because...

yes, actually...I played it on my computer with the tempo for a percussion rhythm played on the casio piano set to the same tempo as the musescore tempo of this song. Both tempos matched when I played them together,so then I tried uploading the musescore song so I could download an mp3 version of the song... unfortunately, the tempo wasn't consistent on the mp3 when I tried to play it with the rhythm on the casio piano like I had done with the version of the musescore song on my computer... so it might be something with the mp3 recording or the online player? I notice in the beginning it's slow...but then when the low bass steel drum comes in with the quarter notes, it'll speed up as well as I think when the saxophone comes in with the straight eighth notes..all that I know is that if i play the mp3 version with the rhythm on the casio piano using the same bpm, the tempos don't match and become out of sync, because the mp3 version will play the song at a slower tempo....
