The one with a 2 that you circled is not normally used with a 1. If you really want it with a 1, then you can apply it and change everything to 1 in the inspector rather quickly, just like you would if you were writing a multi verse hymn and wanted it to be for verses 2-4.
A prima volta always has an end, a second volta often is open ended though (if it is the last, which the prima volta never is, by definition).
But if you insist to have an open ended prima volta: just take the existing one and disable the closing hook in its line properties.
Brings me to the idea to change that string "Seconda Volta 2" to "Seconda Volta, open"
