Loading Error

I have been using this program for about 6 months now and I've been experiencing loading errors with my scores. Please assist as soon as possible.

More information needed what are loading errors? What exactly is the error message? Can you share a score showing the problem, what Os and version of MuseScore?

A loading error is the attempt of opening a file, yet it refuses to open.
What exactly is the error message?
The message states " cannot read file C:/Users/melod/OneDrive/Documents/MuseScore2/Scores/withered vocals.mscz:
what Os and version of MuseScore?
I am using Musescore 2.3.1 on a Windows 10 OS

You may want to update to 2.3.2.
Please attach that score here, so we can check and the it is fixable

I upgraded to 2.3.2 and my composition went away, but here is my composition. Hope you can retrieve it.

That file indeed is broken beyond repair, look for a backup
