Toggle and slashes

Happy new year to you all

Is it possible to fill a measure with slashes AND toggle rhythmic slash notation? I want to denote that an instrument is soloing but also indicate the rhythm of another instrument. Perhaps the slashes or the toggle can go above or below the relevant system.
