Location of bars
So in my composition there is one bar that takes a whole line. how can i fix that?

You probably have a system break in it, which means it can't be connected to the next measure. We would need to see the actual score to be sure.
Or a hidden stave full of notes...
Whatever it is, without seeing the actual score we can only guess
