or Press 'I' make invisible the unwanted instruments
3 Voices on same stave (?):
Select all similar https://musescore.org/en/handbook/selection-modes#all-similar-selection
or use Filter https://musescore.org/en/handbook/copy-and-paste#selection-filter
and make invisibles the two Voices to be excluded
In version 3.0 you can create parts, and have a part based upon the voice.
