Importing Scores from Version 2 Causes Tempo Markings to be Ignored

The bug is in the title. When I imported a score from version 2 into 3, the playback completely ignores tempo text. This occurs both when the "follow text" checkbox is on or off.
It also occurs when replacing the old text with a new one.
It always plays at 120BPM, the default speed of the play window. Tempo changes throughout the score are ignored as well.
