Remaining ties after deleting notes cause crash when deleting rests

When you delete notes of voice 2 (after exchanging voices) then slurs are remaining in MS3 (not MS2).
When you then select and delete the rests of voice 2 without deleting the slurs before, MS3 crashes.

I can reproduce the crash in 3.0, but not in a later development build.
I can't reproduce the stray slur in either

can reproduce now and this issue is also related to #280817: Implode tool crashes if two voices and a slur in Voice 2
