Meters on different staffs
I've searched and tried suggestions that don't work. I need to have one staff in "cut time" while other staffs are in 12/8. (Nielsen, symphony III - movement 3 - Violin I, first measure after "A." )
Any suggestions? Drag and drop changes all staffs.

Set the time signature to 12/8 then press ctrl+drag cut time to Violin 1. I would suggest, while the violin is in it's own time signature, insert all of it notes until it returns to 12/8 (or a common time signature with everyone else), add the time signature for the violin, then enter the other instruments. This will prevent you from accidentally putting the score in a state where you cannot add only the 12/8 to the violin.
