leading in lyrics

I want to leave 1) more space between the lines of my lyrics - and I wouldn't mind having 2) a bigger font and 3) choosing Times New Roman. As they stand, the lines don't nearly fill the space between the voice stave and the piano stave. Ideally I'd want to 4) choose the position of the top line relative to the bottom of the stave above and then 5) choose the leading (the space between lines of text). I expect all this is under my control. Where do I find how to do it?
