Musescore 3.0 Extended slur from bass clef to treble clef not working

I have tried several ways to have a slur start in one clef and end in the opposite clef. The last note anchor seems to remain in the original clef. I have not been able to move the last anchor to the appropriate note.

I have tried this on 2.3.2, just to make sure I was doing it correctly, and it works in that version.

This is part of a known bug. It was reported in #279182: Cross-staff slurs/ties trying to avoid note on wrong staff.

For a workaround, select the slur, open the inspector and remove the check from automatic placement. This will allow you to move the tie where it needs to be.
