Incorrect display of the "♭" Unicode character when hovering over key signatures in the "New Score Wizard" window

Hitting Ctrl+N or going to File → New... to create a new score brings up the New Score Wizard. On the first page of this window, you can select which key signature you wish your score to start with. Hovering over the picture of the key signature displays its major/minor key in the form of text popped up in front of your mouse. In this text, all "♭" (U+266D) characters display as the characters "â™" (U+00E2 and U+2122) instead.
