Repeat signs and double bar lines on score do not print on parts

I recently upgraded from Musescore 2 to 3 (3.0.1.5087). I created a new four-part score and the repeat signs, which appear in the score, do not print on the parts. I am referring to the double bar line with the two dots. The inserted voltas appear correctly and the repeats play during playback. Double bar lines added appear on the score but not on parts. I have removed and re-inserted the repeat signs with no change. I have to manually write in the repeat signs on the parts. There must be a better way! I've uploaded the "score and parts" PDF so you can see what I'm talking about.
