Articulations and ornaments: possible to override AP using arrows or Inspector offsets

OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.3.5341, revision: e06ea8e

Open the attached file and take the reset. Double-click on the accent and use the keyboard arrows to move the symbol to the left, down, and then to the right—onto the note stem. Now click off the mordent. You can use the Inspector offsets to do the same thing (but not by dragging).

Expected result: Symbol should stop when it meets the staff, note stem etc.
Actual result: Symbol can be repositioned anywhere using arrows or offsets. Doesn't reset until a re-layout of the system or a score reload.
