You can add a (hidden) percussion staff, enter 1 measure, copy and press R until the score fills up. Takes a few seconds.
The percussion line will export to mp3. Also, it changes the boring metronome sound.
Open this score:
clase2-a.mscz
and go to Edit -> Instruments... to make the percussion staff visible.

Or just a measure repeat in all but the first measure.
