Safe uninstall of trial software

I just installed MuseScore on my iPad a couple of hours ago and determined it is not for me. I would like to now uninstall this program, however I want to be sure that I my Google account does not start automatically incurring charges after the 30 day “trial” period.
What is the safest method to insure that I am not later charged for software that I don’t have/use?
