MS3 -- Where did augmentation dot-dot (note value * 1.75) go!?!

Double-dot is not in the upper toolbar! Is there a modifier or keystroke? Did I lose it somehow? How can I get it back!?

It in the advanced workspace toolbar and can also have a shortcut assigned to it. If you have a custom workspace, you can edit the toolbars and add this (as well as 3 & 4 dots). It's call the double augmentation dot in the shortcuts.
