The text displayed in "Palettes" and top line "File Edit View..." is very very small and hard to read. How do I enlarge this text?

You could use the -D dpi command line option, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/command-line-options and /or inlcise the font size in Edit > Preferences > Common > Style
