MS3 - "Lock Aspect Ratio" in Inspector doesn't

OS: macOS 10.14, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.2.20666, revision: 8ca4d2c

The "Lock Aspect Ratio" checkbox in the inspector for pasted images doesn't seem to have the intended effect when W and H are changed.

I think this is a pretty serious problem, that pasted images cannot be scaled reliably by the controls intended for this purpose. Should I send this to the issue tracker?
