Palette, Toolbar, and Menu Font Sizes
I have the Windows 10 version of Musescore 3, and the font is too small for me to read, even with strong reading glasses. Is there any feature to change the font of the menus, or can there be a feature added to adjust the size of the menu font, especially for higher resolution computers? Thanks!

See the MuseScore "PREFERENCES" menu.
The "GENERAL" tab has the necessary commands to change the size and type of characters.
HOWEVER... Your new screen will not to be shown right, maybe, at some palettes (because the chosen new size could be not to "fix" inside the panel size).
It is better to change the PPP text variable into the Control Panel of the Windows OS. I don't use it (I use Ubuntu, Linux), so... Sorry, because I can not to help you in Windows!!!
