Window randomly switches to Musescore a couple times per hour

I can't discern a pattern (one thing I know it's NOT is whether the Musescore file is saved or not) but sometimes my window will switch to Musescore without me doing anything. This is especially frustrating when I'm actively doing something in another window, then all of a sudden I'm in Musescore.

This is just a straight up bug, would be great to see it fixed or figure out how to fix it on my end. I've heard about audio interface issues with version 3, so I am using 2.2.
