how do I call it voice?
I have a treble under which I have put words.
Below that I have treble and bass piano.
how do I label the top treble voice so
it will do the voice sound

With an existing instrument you can right click the staff chose Staff/Part Properties... and the click the Change instruments button. This will bring up a miniature change instruments dialog where you can select a voice of your choice.

Thanks Mike, your answer is more complete.
I went to edit and pressed instruments.
It says pianostaff1, and then below that, piano with 2 staffs.
Right clicking didn't do something I good.
I am sending the score, piano not filled in yet.

What did it do? It should bring up the context menu. As long as you right click somewhere on the staff, you will have the option of Staff/Part Properties... like in this picture:
You then left click Staff/Part Properties... and in the Part Properties section of the dialog is the Change Instruments button as in this picture.
