I have input a simple lesson from my violin scale book so that I can enjoy the harmonies while practicing each different part. When I play it back, the first measure does not play at the same tempo as all the other measures. I timed it against a metronome; the first measure is definitely quicker than the other measures. Is this indeed a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

The tempo text (80 BPM) is attached to the 2nd note of the 1st measure, hence the first (half) note (and therefore half measure) plays at the default speed, 120 BPM. So yes, that 1st measure plays at 100 BPM (on average), all others at 80 BPM
